Year End Departure from School

The state of North Carolina has mandated all children enrolled in grades three through twelve be given either end of course or end of grade tests. The school must give an account for enrolled students who did not take the state mandated exam.

Because of the accountability parents desiring early release for their child must WITHDRAW them, and it becomes the receiving school’s responsibility to promote or retain. Students will only receive grades earned to that point.
